Shoes Express likes to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied. If
you are not happy with your order, we are happy to accept a refund or
exchange for you.
Products that you return or exchange must be unworn. Shoes Express does
not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer.
The cost of returning orders for refund
or exchange is the customer's responsibility.
We will not charge any
extra shipping fee for exchange of orders returned to us, however, if the
customer needs to exchange an order more than once, there will be a $10
shipping charge to cover the cost of return shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT REFUND ANY SHIPPING CHARGES.
MAKING A RETURN
If you want to return a product to us for refund or exchange, you can do
so through Australia Post, or if overseas through your relevant postal
service.
Simply email us at sales@shoesexpress.com.au stating whether you would
like a refund or exchange of your purchase. If you would like an
exchange, please include in your email a description of the product you
would like in exchange. We will send you a confirmation email with
details of where to post your return to.
When you return products please keep the appropriate proof of return.
Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will
deem you not to have returned the item.
All products returned must be unused and in original condition, undamaged, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
